How it works
The challenge
Clients email the founders directly for invoice copies, files and progress updates, which creates friction on both sides.
Our approach
List the requests that arrive by email most often and make each one a single screen, keeping the interface small.
The solution
A self-service portal where clients view active deliverables, approve scope changes and download invoices.
Intended outcome
Designed to cut status-update emails and make approvals a single click. It has not been measured on a live client deployment.
