About Criza
A small studio with a long view
Criza is a software and AI studio run by its two founders, Abrar Ali and Akbarali Nagalpara. We build websites, custom software, mobile apps and AI automation for growing businesses. The people who scope your project are the people who write the code and answer you after launch, and every project runs on a fixed scope and a fixed price agreed in writing.
Why we stay small
We are deliberately small. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who write the code, test it on a real device and answer you after launch.
That keeps the work honest. There is no sales team promising what a build team has to deliver, and no account manager relaying technical answers second-hand.
What we are working towards
Mission
Make good software accessible to businesses that are too big for a template and too small for an agency retainer, delivered directly by the engineers building it.
Vision
A studio where long-term client relationships are built on working software, clear pricing and a technical partner who is still there in year three.
How we approach the work
Every engagement starts with the problem, not the framework. We write down what the software has to achieve and how we will know it worked before we choose a single tool.
We work in short cycles with something you can click on from the first week. Decisions that affect cost or scope are raised early, in plain language, with the trade-off attached.
We build for the second year: readable code, documented decisions and infrastructure you are not locked into, so the product can grow without a rewrite.
