Process
Seven stages, no surprises
The sequence is fixed so scope, cost and expectations stay visible. You always know which stage we are in, what is waiting on you and what happens next.
From first call to long-term support
Discovery and requirement analysis
We map the goal, the users and the constraints, then agree what success looks like and what is explicitly out of scope. This is where most projects are saved from expensive rework.
Planning and architecture
Data model, roles, integrations and hosting are decided before code. You get a written scope, a fixed price and a sequence of milestones.
UI/UX and prototyping
Wireframes first, then the visual design and the key flows. You review and sign off before the production build starts.
Development and integration
Built in short cycles on a live preview link, with the integrations, payments and APIs wired in as the flows become real.
Testing and quality assurance
Real devices, real network conditions, keyboard and screen-reader checks, plus the empty states and failure cases that demos tend to skip.
Deployment
Domains, certificates, environment variables, backups and monitoring set up properly, with a launch checklist and a rollback path.
Maintenance and improvement
A warranty period after launch, then optional monthly support for updates, small changes and the next round of features.
