The challenge
Vendors and warehouse staff typically rely on shared spreadsheets and phone calls, which causes dispatch delays and lost stock updates.
Our approach
Map how an order actually moves, including the exceptions, then define the roles that touch it before designing any screens.
The solution
A role-based web platform with real-time order status, automated dispatch notes, vendor access and audit trails.
Intended outcome
Designed to replace parallel spreadsheets with one live record of each order. It has not been measured on a live client deployment.
