How it works
The challenge
Technicians write job notes on paper and retype them at the office, so records arrive days late.
Our approach
Treat offline as the normal case: store everything on the device first, then design the sync queue and conflict rules around it.
The solution
A Flutter app with offline job sheets, photo capture, signatures and a sync queue that clears when back online.
Intended outcome
Designed to get paperwork to the office the same day, with a searchable history per site. It has not been measured on a live client deployment.
