E-Commerce
Retail experiences that hold up on mobile
E-commerce software is the storefront plus the operations behind it: stock, orders, fulfilment and customer messages. Criza builds it for online retailers whose shop and warehouse have become separate islands. This describes an area we build for, not a list of past clients.

How long it takes and what it costs
How long does it take?
Depends on scope. You get a written milestone schedule with your quote, and a realistic estimate rather than one designed to win the job.
What does it cost?
Fixed quote after a free 30-minute call. The scope is written down first, including anything specific to your sector.
Common problems in this sector
Browsing that loses people
Slow category pages, weak filters and unclear product information send buyers back to a marketplace where comparing is easier.
Checkout friction
Forced accounts, hidden delivery costs and forms that reset on error account for a large share of abandoned carts.
Operations out of step
Stock, packing and delivery updates depend on a person copying numbers, so customers learn about delays after asking.
Where software helps most
Faster discovery
Structured categories, usable filters and search that understands the words customers use instead of internal SKU language.
A checkout that finishes
Fewer fields, guest purchase, visible totals and delivery estimates shown before payment — the changes that pay for themselves.
Connected fulfilment
One order record that drives the invoice, the packing list and the customer notification, with exceptions surfaced early.

Frequently asked questions
Should we use Shopify or a custom build?
Shopify for a standard catalogue where speed to market matters; a custom build when pricing, subscriptions, B2B rules or fulfilment need logic a plugin cannot express cleanly. We recommend based on your operation, not preference.
Can you migrate our existing store?
Yes. Products, customers, orders and URLs are mapped with redirects for anything that moves, so existing search visibility and links keep working.
Do you handle product photography or copy?
Not photography. We structure the product content, define the fields that matter per category and can write the copy once the facts are supplied.
